Sandlyn's Cleaning Packages
Classic Clean: $150+ (based on square ft.)
This standard cleaning package includes: all countertops, floors (vacuum + mop), kitchen (exterior appliances only) dusting, windows, and bathrooms.
Deep Clean: $350+ (based on square ft.)
Everything in the classic clean plus baseboards, wall washing, exterior cabinets, oven, tile and grout scrub, blinds
Move-in/Move out: $400+ ( based on square ft.)
Everything on the deep clean plus interior appliances, interior cabinets
Laundry package:: $150
Gather, sort, wash, dry, fold, hang/put away
Half Laundry package: $75
wash, dry, fold
Extra add-ons:
Oven: $30
Refrigerator (+ freezer) $50
Furniture vacuum: $20
Baseboards: $50
Fold laundry: $30; (+put away $20)
